Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the PARA mobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by Shrimgon ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

PARA is an AI-powered scheduling assistant. You provide natural language inputs describing Your scheduling needs, and the Service uses AI to understand Your intent, find available time slots, and suggest scheduling decisions. You retain full control over all final decisions.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, You must create an Account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account credentials
• All activities that occur under Your Account
• Notifying Us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit harmful or malicious content

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate scheduling suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI suggestions are recommendations, not guarantees
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all scheduling decisions
• AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated suggestions

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data You provide to the Service. By using the Service, You grant Us a limited license to process Your data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and documentation, is owned by Shrimgon and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant You any rights to Our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.

7. Termination

You may terminate Your Account at any time through the in-app Settings or by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate Your access if You violate these Terms.

Upon termination, Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHRIMGON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
