Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your PARA and all associated data, you have the following options:

Option 1: In the App

Open PARA > Settings > Delete Account

This will immediately and permanently delete your account and all your data.

Option 2: Email

Send an email to contact@shrimgon.ai with the subject line "Delete My Account". Include your PARA number or your personal access link so we can locate your account.

We will process your request within 48 hours.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your access link and recovery code
• All events, tasks, and reminders
• Conversation history with PARA
• Family connections
• Preferences
• Usage analytics data linked to you
• Feedback submissions

If you have an active subscription, it is cancelled as part of deletion — no further charges after deletion.

Data That May Persist

• Anonymized, aggregated metrics (not linked to your identity)
• Payment records retained by Stripe as required for financial compliance
• Data required to be retained by law
• Backup copies (automatically purged within 30 days)
